The Red Ale is a bright copper-colored beer with a very persistent foam. The initial aroma is fresh and herbal with a blend of hops, featuring Nugget hops prominently. As it warms, the caramel and toffee notes become more prominent. Its smooth flavor combines floral touches and finishes with a pleasant bitterness, leaving a light aftertaste of dried fruits and rye.
